“Clean and great staff”
We decided at 11:30 in the evening whilst driving past Florence to stay overnight and visit the city the next day. We searched and found this hotel online. We decided at 11:30 in the evening whilst driving past Florence to stay overnight and visit the city the next day. We searched and found this hotel online. They were the friendliest and most helpful of 7 odd hotels we phoned. We needed a room for 2 adults and 3 kids and parking. The total cost was 98 Euros and included safe off street parking. We arrived at midnight and it did not look great on the outside, but the night manager was great and showed me a couple of rooms. It is basic but clean and we slept 5 in the room which had beds for all of us. This included a continental breakfast as well!! Which again was basic but tasty. We needed some help on what to do and how to get around as we had not planned anything and again the day manager was great. It is basic and does not look great especially late at night, but it is clean, the staff and owner are wonderful and they are only a bus or cab ride away from the city centre. A big thumbs up from us!

I stayed i this hotel for six nights in July/August 2019. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and simply cannot understand why so many reviews on this site are so negative. Specifically:- (a) The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and were cleaned every day with frequent changes of sheets etc. and fresh towels every day. There were no bad smells. (b) Air conditioning worked very well, and the room was cool despite the vicious heat outside (c) Breakfast was great. Rolls, several types of croissant, cheese, meat, cereal, juice, bread (for toast) and excellent coffee. Nothing was stale. (d) It was comfortable and quiet at night (my room faced the rear) (e) The tram from the airport is a 7 minute walk away (Buonsignori Liceo da Vinci); it also goes to the city centre. Or walk to the city centre in 30 minutes. The Hotel is VERY well placed for the San Donato university campus (10 minute walk) and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as a good supermarket. I had a thoroughly pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

“Nice and cheap hotel”
I stayed there for 4nights. Quite well room, big bathroom. Everyday cleaning. rather good compliance of price and quality. I liked it. But a little far from center. It is not a problem if you like to walk

“Simple but nice ”
This hotel was good. It was close to a bus which took you straight into the train station. Bus tickets in the bus are dearer then from machines so grab them before jumping on the bus. This hotel was good. It was close to a bus which took you straight into the train station. Bus tickets in the bus are dearer then from machines so grab them before jumping on the bus. We found a great Kebab shop which we left him with $5 note to display with his others from around the world. Hotel restaurant was amazing. You get 20% card on arrival so well worth a try. Breakfast was good. Plenty to choose from. Mosquitoes were really bad in this hotel but everything else was reasonable.
