“Amazing change”
I have stayed in this hotel in the past, but hey have just refurbished and the result is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable and the new style is very trendy and modern. It's location is very good for visiting the city. The new restaurant is worth visiting. Job well done!

“Good service from the receptionists large room quiet but convenient area”
I stayed here for four nights for business From the arrival the receptionists were very polite and friendly upgrading my room from single to a bigger one when I requested a quiet room. I stayed here for four nights for business From the arrival the receptionists were very polite and friendly upgrading my room from single to a bigger one when I requested a quiet room. The room was very spacious, and breakfast was also very good especially I liked the coffee The bed was very comfy as well as the pillows so I slept well but woke up in the morning when my neighbours were slamming the doors for breakfast Then it was early but I went to the top roof with a book and had a nice morning reading a book So only problem was the door of each room: whenever a person including myself leave a room it closes quickly and slams loudly. If this is solved then it will be perfect To prevent from banging sound from all floors It would be helpful if we had a kettle or services where we can make tea coffee or buy some from the reception or breakfast lounge but it was shut after breakfast But overall it was a nice business hotel with a good transportation link and shopping it was so easy to get to the centre and the university area. The department store is on the other side and has its supermarket too to get a bottle of water and snacks Eventually I did some shopping at the store too. It is highly recommended if you are solo traveler or business traveler

“Solid business hotel”
Just 50m from Arguelles metro, this is a good *** business hotel, with quite spatious rooms and a really nice breakfast buffet. Also has a small, but quite functional gym. Staff were not really 'on it' and the were some language / communication challenges - it took 15 min. to check-in with an EU ID… Mais
Just 50m from Arguelles metro, this is a good *** business hotel, with quite spatious rooms and a really nice breakfast buffet. Also has a small, but quite functional gym. Staff were not really 'on it' and the were some language / communication challenges - it took 15 min. to check-in with an EU ID card. Room was clean, slightly noisy, but I did not close the window. WiFi worked fine and was free. Location is fine and metro from Arguelles gets you most places fast - even to the congress center (40 min)I would recommend if you can get a reasonable price.

This city hotel was at a great location close to "Arguelles" metro station on the yellow line. (100m away) Area was calm, safe & not congested. There was this shopping centre called "El Corte Ingles" in front of the metro access. when you face to the shopping centre,on to your left hand side street there was a line of restaurants as well. Hotel rooms was fairly spacious and with standing shower. Bed was comfortable but the beddings were with these dust like particles that always got stuck on our dresses.(Especially on black Shirts & denims) Staff was decent & professional. (Not much friendly though,no complaints! ) Breakfast was simple & ok. There was no free water,tea coffee facilities at rooms yet there was a vending machine. In general,a good hotel at a convenient location.

“3 Stars and like a Star, great location, great service”
Madrid is often full and busy like this last European Champions weekend. We came to a lower graded hotel than we normally use and we have been positively surprised at the service and premises. Comfortable and clean, great service all along. Very well located a short walk from Pza Espanha or Sol - or just take the Metro for 3-4 stations. Good value fo rmoney.
